Essex Services Group PLC have a strong reputation in retail design and installation, we have successfully completed many projects for Tesco across England including new builds, major extensions and refits. Tesco Hasting is a milestone project in the development of our partnership with Tesco & Taylor Woodrow, this project being particularly challenging as the team had to provide a new build 80,000 square ft replacement store within a 16 week programme.

The store which is built on top of a fully ventilated undercroft car park is fully conditioned with energy saving initiatives such as cold isle retrieval and a comprehensive building management system.
