| 17.01.10 CHOBHAM ACADEMY, SECURED WITH BAM The Chobham Academy Stratford project is the design and construction of a new educational campus which will be part of the 'Legacy' from the overall Olympic Games development. The campus will comprise an 1800 pupil all age Academy consisting of three separate but linked buildings and associated external works. The main circular building will create a focal point to the east end of the Olympic Village mall. |

| 05.01.10 ROYAL INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED SURVEYORS (RICS) RESTAURANT, Parliament Square, London Project awarded in January 2010 and due for completion in March/April 2010. ‘Full Mechanical and Electrical fit-out of Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Junior restaurant in Parliament Square. Part of a 10 year contract between the Restaurant Associates and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) worth £30 million. The restaurant is located within the stunning Grade II listed premises with views of The Houses of Parliament’. |

| 11.12.09 WESTFIELD STRATFORD PROJECT SECURED Essex Services Group Plc have been successful in being awarded the design and full installation of Fire alarm, public address and voice alarm systems at the Westfield Stratford project directly procured with Westfield Shopping Towns. For this particular project are partnering with Gent to provide state of the art PA/VA systems for Westfield flagship development. Design commenced early January 2010 with construction and installation commencing early May 2010, culminating in commissioning and handover for occupation mid 2011. |

| 25.11.09 CORINTHIA HOTEL, London, SECURED WITH ARDMORE CONSTRUCTION Corinthia Hotel will be one of London’s most prestigious hotels when it opens at the end of 2010. This 300 luxurious room hotel is located in Whitehall Place, SW1. The existing building in Northumberland Avenue was formally The Metropole building which will be transformed into 37,000m2 of five star hotel & adjoining luxury apartments. |

| 18.11.09 HIGH HOUSE, Purfleet Essex, SECURED WITH RG CARTER/HILTONS The project involves the refurbishment/reinstatement of various existing buildings on the historic site of High House, Purfleet Essex. The site comprises of a main building, and a number of associated original agricultural buildings to include stables, barn, cart shed and workshop. The works, which are to be phased involves the conversion of the various agricultural buildings to the cafe (the Coachman's Cottage), meeting room (the Cart Shed), and lecture theatre/teaching complex (the Barn). |

| 13.10.09 10 HERTFORD STREET, SECURED WITH AHA Essex Services Group Plc have been engaged to electrical & mechanically refurbish this grade 1 listed building in conjunction with ArcherHoblin Associates.. Responsibilities include design enhancement and working with national heritage to coordinate and install the above services within the fabric of the building whilst maintaining the portrait ceilings, ceilings which are reportedly the most significant in the country to National heritage. |

| 09.10.09 FM DEPARTMENT Appointed Energy Consultant of Sofitel T5 in October 2009. ‘Essex Services appointed Energy Consultant and tasked to advise on the environmental issues of T5 and how the client can reduce their impact on today and tomorrows society’. |

| 17.08.09 WELLING MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT, Kent Project allocated in August 2009 and due for completion in November 2010. ‘A mixed use development consisting of a 45,000 square foot Tesco Supermarket and sixty four residential dwellings. Full fit-out design of the store included CHP technology and is part of the ongoing projects Essex Services Group deal with on behalf of Tesco’. |

| 14.08.09 SANDHURST ROYAL MILITARY ACADEMY, Berkshire Project awarded in August 2009 and completed in November 2009. ‘Extensive M&E remodelling of the catering facilities on this prestigious and historical site on behalf of the Ministry of Defence’. |

| 12.03.09 ESSEX SERVICES GROUP LONDON TO PARIS CHARITY BIKE RIDE: The Staff here at Essex Services Group Plc have pulled together a team to take part in the Hearts First, London to Paris charity bike ride. This is in aid of the British Heart Foundation and their quality care and support for people living with heart disease, their pioneering research and vital prevention activity. This event offers the team a challenge of over 5000km, good luck to all the entries!! |
