Essex Services Group Plc was responsible for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the complete mechanical and electrical services at City Park, Hove. (Buildings 2 & 3). The project consisted of 2Nr, 3-story open plan offices, each floor approx 60'000ft, with double level car parking under each building completed to CAT 'A' standard finish.
