This mixed used re-development in Kings Cross London, saw two redundant towers stripped back to their frame and reset into a new podium. What had previously been used by Nat West as offices is now known as "Nido" (Italian for nest). Primarily providing 846 rooms for student accommodation, the build also included 50 private and 14 affordable apartments in addition to office and retail space.
